A biotechnology and life sciences platform transforming biodiversity into high-value, sustainable products. Futera Biotech integrates genomics, bioprospecting, and bioinformatics with scalable downstream manufacturing, supporting the growth of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and the broader bioeconomy.
Futera Technologies is the Group’s AI and advanced technology execution platform, operating across the AI value chain, from data and compute to platforms and applied AI. It focuses on real-world deployment, enabling intelligent, efficient, and sustainable systems across energy, digital infrastructure, smart cities, industry, biotechnology, and public services. Closely integrated with Futera Energy, Futera Biotech, and Futera Capital, it commercialises and scales AI-driven solutions across the ASEAN–GCC corridor.
Futera Capital is the investment and structuring arm of the Futera Group, spearheading the RM100 million Futera Future Fund with Tenggara Capital. The Fund invests across the AI value chain, from energy and sustainable platforms to digital and compute infrastructure, AI and automation, and selective bioeconomy exposure, targeting early- to growth-stage opportunities that can scale across the ASEAN–GCC corridor through Futera’s capital access, policy alignment, and real-economy deployment.
